In a suit brought by Attorney Sidney Powell on behalf of Arizona registered voters, plaintiffs allege widespread fraud using the Dominion Voting Systems. Per the complaint, “[t]he multifaceted schemes and artifices implemented by Defendants and their collaborators to defraud resulted in the unlawful counting, or fabrication, of hundreds of thousands of illegal, ineligible, duplicate or purely fictitious ballots in the State of Arizona, that collectively add up to multiples of Biden’s purported lead in the State of 10,457 votes.”
The complaint includes expert witness testimony and charts showing that enough votes were either illegally cast or illegally thrown out, far surpassing Joe Biden’s 10,000 vote margin.

Plaintiffs ask the court to either de-certify the Arizona votes or exclude absentee and mail-in votes that do not comply with Arizona law. They also ask for the production of ballot applications, ballots, envelopes, etc. required to be maintained by law. The relief sought is the elimination of mail votes as the count is unreliable. In the absence of that relief, plaintiffs ask the court to direct the electors to cast their vote for Donald Trump.
