Plaintiffs, the Alaska Libertarian Party, alleged in their complaint that actions taken by the State of Alaska in response to the COVID-19 pandemic violated their First and Fourteenth Amendment rights, and interfered with their party’s signature collection and access to the ballot in the 2020 election. The United States District Court for the District of Alaska denied the Plaintiffs’ motion for preliminary injunction, and Plaintiffs filed a notice of dismissal before an answer was filed.
