This suit was brought by individual voters in Maricopa County who experienced difficulties casting their ballot in person on Election Day in November 2020. Plaintiffs alleged that the polling location’s conduct violated the Arizona constitution by failing to ensure correctness and accuracy in the election process. Plaintiffs requested the opportunity to cure their ballots before November 30, and took pains in their complaint to distinguish their case from other “sensationalized” cases. Plaintiffs ultimately voluntarily dismissed the suit.
